University of Southern Maine Professor Charles Colgan told a group of business leaders Wednesday that unemployment will remain flat in 2006, personal income growth will slow and job creation will lag behind national averages. But he added that those predictions could miss the mark considerably, creating a darker forecast, if the timeline to close Brunswick Naval Air Station is sped up to any degree. ...
