[CPEO-IRF] Fort Sheridan (IL) lawsuit

Highland Park (IL) resident Steven Pollack filed complaint against the 
Department of Defense, Department of Army, and Department of Navy on 
Friday, May 12, 2006 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern 
District of Illinois alleging the illegal transfer of contaminated 
federal property at Fort Sheridan before taking all remedial action or 
demonstrating that a final remedial action was operating properly and 
successfully.
