Aimee is preparing a more detailed explanation, but presently the contents
of this conference are available in three ways:
1) As a conference on IGC (Peacenet, Econet, etc.)
2) As a mailing list (I think it's a listserver) on the Internet. Each item
is distributed as it is posted.
3) As a publicly available gopher on the Internet. All past messages are
archived there.
