Thanks to Aimee Houghton for adding me to the cpro.military conference at 
the request of Richard Della Valle. My name is Charles Meng. I work at Napa 
VAlley College as a trustee and I also am an instructor of environmental 
technology. One of my responsibilities is to represent Napa Valley 
College in the Mare Island base closure and reuse process. I am very 
familiar with the Shipyard having worked there for many years, 
mainly in the fields of environmental and quality management. My main
interest now is to help my college and other consortium educational 
institutions apply their resources towards making base closure and reuse at
Mare Island successful. I look forward to being in this conference.
