Dear Conference participants:

We wish to take this opportunity to commend Lenny Siegel and USEPA for the
very worthwhile "Getting On Board II" conference held at CalState
University, San Francisco on 2-4 June, 1995.

Special appreciation is extended to Thomas (Tad) McCall, Jr., Deputy
Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for his excellent exposition on, "The
Current State of Military Clean-up Programs."

And honorable mention proferred to Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for
Environmental Security, Sherry Wasserman-Goodman for sending her extremely
able specialist, Mary Raguso, from the Office of the Secretary of Defense.
Mary was instrumental in enabling us to find the correct POCs (point of
contacts) to interface with in regards to information sources. She also
promised to relay any suggestions and concerns we had in assisting the 
RABs and BECs (BRAC Envirnmental Coordinators) to function more efficiently
and expediently.

And last but not least a special thanks to all the personnel from the
USEPA and CALEPA that helped to make this an outstanding event to remember.
