Do you and other members of California RABs have access to operational site
histories for your respective bases?

I have been asking where the archival research for Lowry AFB (Denver) is
since 1992. Finally this past July the AF announced it was complete, but was
located in Washington, DC and would not be brought to Denver for RAB, and
therefore, regulator access.

How can any of us be assured that the services have complied with the
requirements of CERFA without access to archival research and operational
site histories, as these are a requirement of CERFA? How can we trust
"clean parcel" designations?

Any thoughts?
