Here's the situation on the Defense Reform Act, as well as we can put 
it together as of Friday, June 13:

The House National Security Committee will hold hearings at 10 am 
Tuesday. After the testimony, it will vote whether to submit the 
language as an amendment to the Defense Authorization Act - deadline 
Tuesday, 5 pm EDT - or to refer it to the two committees with Superfund 
jurisdiction, House Commerce and House Transportation and Infrastructure.

The Defense Authorization Act could make it to the House floor as soon 
as Thursday, July 19.
