Two Navy Based Proposed for NPL

This month US EPA reportedly formally proposed two more Naval bases for
addition to the "Superfund" National Priorities List:

Norfolk Naval Shipyard (Portsmouth, Va.)
Washington Navy Yard (Washington, D.C.)
