Thanks to Cal for the post.

I would like to comment:

1) It is positive and shows 'open-ness' that APGSCC was invited to the 
ITR meetings, and 

2) Once again the importance of communication is underscored as key to 
developing scopes and meeting schedules.  Exclusion of any part of the 
project  team, even with the thought of controlling costs, often results 
in added cost or delay.
