Fwd: [CPEO-MEF] Cape Cod to be National Center for UXO Research

I was encouraged to read that the Pentagon and military seems to understand
the necessity to seriously addressed the issues that are surrounding
BRAC/FUDS sites, particularly the UXO all around concerns. 

I am, however, cautious.  Exactly who will be involved in this 'study': the
military is a given, USACE?, EPA?, DOE?, Environmental Agencies like CPEO?,
involved, concerned stakeholders?  Will these entities' opinions, concerns
be included in the final outcome of the goal/bottom line or will there be
the language of 'meaningful dialogue' which allows for a discussion of
these groups without any input from them into the legal documents that are
surely to come from this study.
