One must recognize that the positions taken by these organizations are
heavily influenced and supported by the rancher/developers. I live where
these ideas are practiced and they are no more than sub division sales
pitches that new promote developments. They sound good on paper, but in
practice they cause county official who would support efforts support to stop
encroachment on wild and scenic fits.
