Hi,
We sent the following message to Sam Farr today.

We respectfully request you consider asking Farr the same - for
Farr to ask the ARMY to do an Environmental Impact Statement
(EIS) before doing any more burning at Fort Ord.

Farr's Fax number is : (831) 424 7099

Address:

Congressman Sam Farr
100 West Alisal
Salinas, CA 93901

Thank you sincerely,
-David

PS Farr also received my 1400 word article on Why the Burning
is Harmful. To save space I didn't attach it here. If you want

Please Request Environmental Impact Statement on Fort Ord Burning

Dear Congressman Farr:

We respectfully request you please ask the ARMY prepare an
Environmental Impact Statement on the Fort Ord Burning as
strongly, as publicly and as persistently as you have requested
the NAVY prepare an Environmental Impact Statement on the Fort
Hunter Liggett Bombing.

Please acknowledge receipt of this letter within 5 days.

We look forward to your substantive, written response to the
issues raised here within 10 days. It would be surprising if we
have not made any inadvertent errors;-) So if any of this is in
the slightest way unclear please contact us ASAP by phone, email
or mail.

With all due Respect,
-David Dilworth, Acting Secretary and Trustee 831/624-6500
