These 'exemptions' are not acceptable 'across the board'. The ecosystems depend on each other and if one area is severely disrupted, the rippling affects will be devastating. Once again, before changing of the laws or asking for exemptions, why not 'just try' sitting at a table together within the particular communities and listening to each other, the varying needs and be creative with solutions?
