[CPEO-MEF] RAB's are nothing more than lap dogs

After the last RAB meeting of the Sunflower Army Ammunition plant 
(SFAAP) it has become apparent to me the RAB members are nothing more 
than lap dogs.

The RAB members cannot vote as a group, cannot discuss the total clean 
up or restoration of the total of SFAAP. And the Army cannot even tell 
you what clean up v. restoration is. We are only allowed to discuss 
Solid Waste Management Units (SWMU's) and nothing else. The SWMU's are 
the by products of powder production.

I feel the RAB's are nothing more than a "SHAM" on the part of DOD/Army.
