Well hats off to Curt Gandy and crew for exposing in court the DOD non-compliance with current environmental laws and congressional mandates. Just the tip of the iceberg really but a very important step. The dissolution of the Fort Ord RAB was a disgrace that the DOD never saw fit to defend on this forum.
