This is a multi-part message in MIME format. Bonnie: Thanks for the examples. It seems that if the services are going to adopt this policy (watch out because DOE will not be far behind) then it provides ample justification for stakeholders and regulators to avoid LUCs and ICs, and argue for the strictest, quickest remedy available. Its too bad that a policy like this will force a very adversarial process. It's quite a change from not long ago when DoD and regulators were urging flexible RODs. Peter Strauss | |
