Thank you Ken Salazar, Attorney General of Colorado, for your letter to 
Chairman Joel Hefley and to CPEO for putting it on the listserver.  It 
was the most concise, balanced, eloquent and factual summary I believe I 
have read thus far regarding contamination due to military training.  If 
there was a way to have a 'Constitution' written for this issue, I would 
cast my vote for Mr. Salazar's summation!
