Subject: [CPEO-MEF] Army, Alaska and environmental exemptions...
 
Is this how the Army wants to represent itself to the people and
environment they serve and protect and it's appreciation towards the communities who support them (not only leaving known contamination to destroy but to add to it without regular cleanup)? These scenarios do not produce 'consensus' building, respect, regard and concern for all involved but does quite the opposite leaving one extremely mistrusting and, understandably, not wanting to sit at a table knowing 'consensus' will not be the goal.

Maybe someone out there has a different 'twist' on this but how is it responsible and accountable action when one is being exempted from being accountable and responsible?
