Re: Who is the responsible party/ies in determining what BRAC funding will be requested from Congress for FY 2005? This query should rightly be addressed to the powers that be @ DON/Dept. of the Navy's CNO/Chief of Naval Ops, Pentagon, Va. Only they can flesh out what their contingency plans are in case the planned sale goes south. One would dearly love to get their take on this.
