Munition in driveway paving is destroyed The News Journal (Delaware) November 4, 2004 A World War I-vintage mustard munition discovered July 19 in a clamshell-paved driveway in Bridgeville has been destroyed without incident at Dover Air Force Base. Karen Drewen, spokeswoman for the Army's Non-Stockpile Chemical Materiel Program at the Aberdeen (Md.) Proving Ground, said Wednesday that the munition was destroyed Friday and by-products of the explosion and neutralization process were removed the next day. ...
