Some people have been having trouble downloading, from CPEO's
publications pages, the PDF files from the November 10, 2004 Northwest
Current special section on Spring Valley. I think there were two
problems, and I've only solved one. The URLs below are complete - that,
is you can click on them instead of cutting and pasting the entire URLs.
