On Friday, the commission again will consider adoption of the Tricentennial Plan, which maps out land-use through 2033. The commission had delayed the vote to consider the future of Rockingham Farms, a tract of land located along Veterans Parkway beneath the flight paths of incoming and outgoing Army aircraft. ...
