| Subject: | [CPEO-MEF] California finalizes perchlorate standard |
I've just learned that California's perchlorate Maximum Contaminant
Level (6 micrograms per liter) was approved by the Office of
Administrative Law, was filed with the Secretary of State, and is
effective October 18, 2007.
