Sunnyvale's 'Blue Cube' May Soon Become Landmark Len Ramirez CBS 5 News (San Francisco) August 13, 2008SUNNYVALE (CBS 5) - The so-called "Blue Cube" is a Bay Area icon, yet shrouded in secrecy. But city officials in Sunnyvale are floating the idea to make the site a historical landmark. The Sunnyvale unanimously agreed that the cube as well as the surrounding Onizuka Air base, Lockheed Martin facility and Moffett Field are historically significant, which could lead to future preservation. ...
