Ruptured Line Leaking Jet Fuel Near Travis AFB Ron Jones CBS 13 TV News (Sacramento, CA) February 25, 2009 SUISUN CITY, Calif.Crews are still working this morning to cap a ruptured line that delivers jet fuel to Travis Air Force Base, and officials are not sure how long the fuel has been seeping out. A local contractor discovered evidence of the leak near the intersection of Highway 12 and Lawler Ranch Parkway just after noon, and engineers from Travis AFB and environmental experts spent much of Tuesday afternoon and evening working to determine exactly where and when the rupture began. "It's still leaking," said Mike Kirchner from California's Department of Fish and Game. "There's always a potential threat." ....
