Residents near Badger Army Ammunition Plant want more done as Baldwin pushes Army on cleanup By Katelyn Ferral Cap Times (WI) June 22, 2018 More than a year after the Army abandoned a plan to build a municipal water system for residents living near a shuttered ammunition plant, Sen. Tammy Baldwin says the Army needs to reconsider building the system. Baldwin, a Democrat who is running for re-election, directed the Army in a bipartisan Senate bill this month to reconsider a plan to build a municipal water system for residents living near the Badger Army Ammunition Plant near Baraboo.
