Court sets precedent, rules Navy can be sued for PFAS claims By Kyle Bagenstose Bucks County Courier Times (PA) October 2, 2018 After two years of court losses, a federal appeals court ruling poked holes in a federal immunity defense as local residents seek to sue over local water contamination.
