Subject: [CPEO-MEF] Underwhelming

The response from CPEO’s newsgroup (free) subscribers to my September 26 request for donations was underwhelming.

Since we lost our EPA funding, we have had to severely cut back on my assistance to community activists and groups across the country, and we’re struggling to keep the Brownfields Internet Forum and Military Environmental Forum up to date.

Please consider making a tax-deductible contribution to CPEO/PSC. We’re trying to sustain a barebones operation while we wait for conditions to improve in Washington. We still need $1600/month to pay the rent on our library/office.

For information about how to donate by check, transfer, or credit card, go to http://www.cpeo.org/donate.html.
