Navy continues water testing near NAS Pensacola by Al Showers WEAR TV-3 News (Pensacola, FL) April 9, 2019 PENSACOLA, Fla. - The U.S. Navy has been testing water wells near NAS Pensacola for possible toxic contamination. They’ve already identified a number of homes with contaminated water and have been supplying them with bottled water. People filed into a meeting with Navy and health officials for an update on the situation on Tuesday. Experts from NAS Pensacola and the State Health Department were on hand to make sure residents understand their water test results.
