Salina-area public bodies discuss former air base contamination By Charles Rankin Salina Journal (KS) October 8, 2019 Multiple Salina entities met together with legal counsel Tuesday to discuss an environmental issue at the Salina Regional Airport. The Salina City Commission, USD 305 Board of Education, Salina Airport Authority Board of Directors and representatives from Kansas State University held the joint special meeting Tuesday. These four organizations are known collectively as the Salina Public Entities.
