Wisconsin activist looking for advice.

FOLKS:  I am just now joining your listserve.

 I am Caryl Terrell the Lobbyist for the John Muir Chapter 
(Wisconsin)  of the Sierra Club.  Wisconsin has had brownfields 
legislation for a number of years.  Recently I was appointed to serve 
on an advisory committee to the Dept of Natural Resources and the 
State Budget Office on technical refinements and additional financing 
incentives for the Brownfields program.  There are also several sub 
rosa "agendas" being pursued, some of which may impact the WI 
Groundwater Protection Law and liability standards.

 I have heard this is a valuable listserve for environmental 
advocates.  I would welcome any advice on people to interview and 
things to read concerning Brownfields, esp. financing.
