In answer to your question, the three-volume set BROWNFIELDS LAW AND
PRACTICE (published by Matthew Bender & Co.) has a chapter on each of the
50 states, and describes existing and proposed brownfields legislation.
The book is updated
three times a year so it stays current. I'm the editor but we use experts
in each state to make sure our coverage is comprehensive and accurate.
