In California, Senator Martha Escutia has a bill, SB 32, on brownfields.
Environmental groups and many community groups opposed the bill last year
because, among other things, of the relaxation of cleanup standards
(mandating use of EPA's Preliminary Remediation Goals).  As introduced this
year, the bill does not have the PRG mandate.

Is anyone keeping track of state brownfield legislation?
I'm interested in knowing the status of state brownfield legislation, e.g.
which states have passed laws, which haven't, which are currently
considering legislation, etc.
