The Environmental Law Institute's "An Analysis of State Superfund
Programs: 50-State Study" lists state brownfield and VCP statutes that
have been passed and are in effect. It does not keep track of proposed
legislation.
The most recent version of the Study is the 1998 Update. We are
currently working on the 2001 update which will be published sometime
this year.

Is anyone keeping track of state brownfield legislation?
I'm interested in knowing the status of state brownfield legislation,
e.g.
which states have passed laws, which haven't, which are currently
considering legislation, etc.
Any comments or related info is welcome!
