I recently read S.350, the Brownfields Revitalization Act of 2001. One part of the bill would change the definition of brownfields to include, not just sites contaminated or percieved to be contaminated with hazardous substances, but also those impacted by "contaminants and pollutants." Do any of you know if this change was intended to include petroleum?
