DuPont Contamination BY LESLIE SCOTT Suburban Trends (NJ) December 2, 2009The Citizens for a Clean Pompton Lakes (CCPL) have some concerns about the latest notification letter from DuPont. DuPont recently sent an agreement letter to all residents who declined to have the vapor mitigation system installed in their homes. This letter requested permission to allow DuPont's contractor, O'Brien and Gere of New York, access to residents' homes to then obtain air and sub-slab samples of tetrachloroethene (PCE) and tricholorethene (TCE) vapors. ...
