Former GM Plant Sale Getting Closer To Completion By Greg Heindel WMFD-TV News (Mansfield, Ohio) July 26, 2012The former General Motors stamping plant is getting closer to being sold and re-occupied, two years after the automaker vacated it. Ontario Growth Association President Mark Weidemyre says the Brownfield Development Group expects to close its purchase of the property by mid-August. It will spend nine months re-developing the property into a multi- tenant facility, and has two businesses set to move in. ...
