Can you publish some references regarding the broader problem that all RAB's
seem to have regarding the cultural conflict between the military and citizen
activists- As I hear about these conflicts it seems like a classic case of
cross cultural conflict which might be helped by better understanding of
conflict resolution processes , as opposed to righteous stances on the part
of either party- Larry
