Subject: | Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act |
Greetings, Can any one shed light on the EMERGENCY PLANNING AND COMMUNITY RIGHT-TO-KNOW ACT (EPCRA) and its relevance to materials used/stored on active/inactive military bases? It was recently suggested to me that under RCRA (Resource Conservation and Recovery Act) the military is exempt from the reporting requirements of EPCRA. Is this true? Can anyone verify this. Thanks.
