[CPEO-MEF] Ordnance/UXO Incident Reports......

I have requested an Ordnance/UXO Incident Report from the Army for Camp 
Bonneville, though I asked only for those since the early 1970's through 
1995 (when it went into the BRAC pool).  My purpose is similiar to 
someone selling me their car and handing over the owner's manuel, 
maintenance schedule and any accidents the car may have been in. 

This request has not been a 'smooth' one and I am wondering if any 
stakeholder/RAB member has requested this same document for another BRAC 
site, with UXOs being a major concern, AND did receive same.  If so, how 
did you go about obtaining this document for your site?
