[POSTED BY MARY SANDERSON (sanderson.mary@epa.gov)] This is the Sudbury Training Annex/Fort Devens National Priority List (NPL) site in MA, a separate NPL site from the Fort Devens NPL site (sorry, the names are confusing). The final NPL deletion was finalized on January 29, 2002 for the Sudbury Training Annex. Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of the landfill cap and ground water monitoring are the only ongoing CERCLA activities. The approximately 2,200 acre property was transferred to the Fish & Wildlife Service and is now part of the Assabet River national Wildlife Refuge.
