Base Cleans Up After Accident KXMC TV News (Minot, ND) September 1, 2009A semi-trailer truck used to carry intercontinental missiles overturned into a ditch last night. The incident occurred in north-central North Dakota.Air Force officials say the truck was not carrying nuclear material, but they were initially concerned that some rocket fuel might leak because of the accident. The commander of the 91st Space Wing at Minot Air Force Base says air quality tests soon after the accident showed no contamination. And he believes there has been no leak of the fuel mixture that he compared to anhydrous ammonia, a common farm fertilizer. ...
