Tyndall Elementary has minimal soil contamination By Ed Offley Panama City News Herald (FL) July 31, 2019 TYNDALL AIR FORCE BASE - When base officials erected a temporary replacement fence around Tyndall Elementary School after Hurricane Michael, it inadvertently caused a “sliver” of ground potentially contaminated with lead to be located within the campus, Tyndall commander Col. Brian Laidlaw announced Wednesday.
