FY 2020 ESTCP Supplemental Solicitations  Released October 17, 2019 The Department of Defense’s Environmental Security Technology Certification Program (ESTCP) is seeking proposals for the demonstration and validation of environmentally sustainable technologies or methodologies for cleaning firefighting delivery systems in aircraft hangars or on firefighting vehicles that have contained per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS)-based firefighting foams as candidates for funding beginning in Fiscal Year (FY) 2020.  Projects will be selected through a competitive process. Projects vary in cost and duration consistent with the scope of the work proposed. All proposals are due November 21, 2019 by 2:00 p.m. ET.  Details are available on the ESTCP website under Funding Opportunities.
