Well... After watching the RAB at Fort Ord for over 2 years I'd
have to say that there are RABs and rabs. There are probably
instances of effectiveness all along a continuum from lapdog
to watchdog. Here at Fort Ord the Army still has not moved from
the position of "resistance" and there is no reason to think
they ever will. So, I don't buy the general statement that
RABs are effective, but I am glad to hear that some are.
